BlueprintDynamics is looking for an AI Implementation Specialist to help small businesses successfully adopt and integrate our AI solutions into their operations. In this role, you'll work remotely with clients who have been onboarded by our business development team, guiding them through the implementation process, providing training, and ensuring they achieve tangible results from our technology. You'll be the bridge between our technical capabilities and practical business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- •Guide small business clients through the implementation of BlueprintDynamics' AI solutions
- •Conduct virtual onboarding sessions to help clients get started with our platform
- •Customize AI applications to address specific business needs and use cases
- •Provide training and support to ensure clients can effectively use our tools
- •Monitor client progress and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience
- •Collect feedback and success stories to share with our product and marketing teams
- •Identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of our platform
- •Collaborate with our business development team to ensure smooth client handoffs
Requirements & Qualifications
- •2+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or technical support roles
- •Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and explain new technologies
- •Excellent communication and teaching skills, with patience for users of varying technical abilities
- •Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot issues remotely
- •Experience working with small businesses and understanding their operational challenges
- •Background in SaaS implementation, AI, or business process optimization a plus
- •Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client relationships
- •Passion for helping businesses leverage technology to improve their operations
