DebtLogic.ai is looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll develop and implement machine learning models that power our debt resolution platform. You'll work on natural language processing for document understanding, predictive analytics for optimal debt resolution strategies, and optimization algorithms that help consumers navigate complex debt situations. Key Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for debt analysis and resolution strategy optimization
• •Implement natural language processing solutions for document understanding, information extraction, and classification
• •Create predictive models to forecast outcomes of different debt resolution approaches
• •Develop recommendation systems to suggest personalized debt resolution strategies
• •Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into our platform architecture
• •Continuously improve model accuracy, performance, and scalability
• •Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and technologies, evaluating their potential application
• •Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

Requirements & Qualifications

• •3+ years of professional experience in machine learning and AI development
• •Strong background in NLP, predictive modeling, and data science
• •Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• •Experience with large language models and their applications in real-world scenarios
• •Knowledge of data processing and feature engineering techniques
• •Understanding of data privacy, security considerations, and ethical AI principles
• •Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value and explain them to non-technical stakeholders
• •Experience with cloud-based ML services (preferably on Google Cloud Platform)
• •MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred
