You'll work directly with our development team to perfect our client flow, identify edge cases, and ensure no client falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities
- •Provide expert guidance on debt resolution processes to inform our AI development
- •Identify edge cases and scenarios where human intervention is necessary
- •Work with clients who require specialized attention beyond automated solutions
- •Collaborate with engineering teams to improve our AI's understanding of debt resolution nuances
- •Develop protocols for handling complex client situations
- •Share industry insights to help refine our product roadmap
- •Build relationships with creditors and financial institutions
- •Contribute to training materials and knowledge base for our AI systems
Requirements & Qualifications
- •2+ years of experience in debt resolution, debt settlement, or related financial services
- •Deep understanding of debt resolution processes, creditor negotiations, and client management
- •Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts
- •Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- •Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems
- •Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- •Empathy and patience when working with clients in financial distress
