DebtLogic.ai is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our growing team from behind the scenes. This fully remote position is perfect for someone with administrative experience who prefers to work independently on operational tasks rather than in client-facing roles. You'll be the backbone of our organization, ensuring smooth internal processes while leveraging your organizational skills to help our debt resolution platform scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- •Manage internal documentation, processes, and operational workflows
- •Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth information flow
- •Maintain and organize digital filing systems and databases
- •Process and track invoices, expenses, and financial documentation
- •Assist with scheduling internal meetings and managing team calendars
- •Support the operations team with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks
- •Help track and order office supplies for remote team members
- •Assist with onboarding documentation for new hires
- •Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- •Generate regular operational reports for management
Requirements & Qualifications
- •2+ years of administrative or operational experience
- •Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- •Experience with project management or task tracking tools
- •Strong written communication skills
- •Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- •Background in sales or customer service is a plus (for understanding business operations)
- •Experience with CRM systems and data management
- •Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- •Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software
