DebtLogic.ai is seeking a specialized AI Resolution Specialist to handle complex cases that require human intervention beyond our AI-powered debt resolution platform. This role serves as the critical final step in our resolution process, working with a select group of clients whose unique situations require personalized attention. You'll be the problem-solver who ensures no client falls through the cracks of our automated system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the specialized intervention point for complex cases flagged by our AI system as requiring human expertise
  • Analyze complex debt situations that fall outside standard AI resolution parameters and develop customized solutions
  • Collaborate with our AI engineering team to identify patterns in edge cases to improve the AI system's capabilities
  • Guide clients through the final stages of complex debt resolution processes with clear, direct communication
  • Develop specialized resolution strategies for high-complexity or high-value accounts
  • Document successful resolution approaches to help train and improve our AI systems
  • Maintain detailed records of intervention cases and outcomes for compliance and system improvement
  • Provide feedback to product development on recurring issues that could be addressed through platform enhancements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in debt resolution, financial services, or related customer-facing roles
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and navigate challenging client situations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and explain financial data
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and directness
  • Experience working alongside automated systems or AI tools in customer service environments
  • Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness when dealing with challenging situations
  • Understanding of debt resolution regulations and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
