DebtLogic.ai is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to implement and customize our CRM solution. In this role, you'll be responsible for building a robust system to manage client relationships, track debt resolution cases, and integrate with our AI platform. You'll design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations that streamline our operations and enhance our ability to deliver exceptional service to clients navigating debt resolution processes.
Key Responsibilities
- •Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to debt resolution workflows and case management
- •Customize Salesforce to track client interactions, case progress, and resolution outcomes
- •Develop integrations between Salesforce and our AI platform using APIs and middleware
- •Create reports, dashboards, and analytics tools for business intelligence and performance tracking
- •Implement automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- •Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with financial industry regulations
- •Provide technical guidance on Salesforce capabilities and best practices
- •Document configurations, customizations, and integration points
Requirements & Qualifications
- •3+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience
- •Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II, etc.)
- •Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
- •Knowledge of integration patterns and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
- •Understanding of financial services or debt management processes a plus
- •Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- •Familiarity with data migration, ETL tools, and data quality best practices
- •Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- •Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
