TacticDev is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create exceptional user experiences for our clients. In this role, you'll design intuitive, engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications in the cybersecurity and fintech spaces. You'll collaborate closely with our development and product teams to bring designs from concept to implementation, ensuring that our solutions are both visually appealing and highly functional.

Key Responsibilities

• •Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and research insights
• •Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• •Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
• •Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• •Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
• •Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices
• •Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
• •Contribute to the overall product strategy and user experience vision

Requirements & Qualifications

• •3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
• •Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills
• •Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
• •Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• •Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
• •Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• •Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of typography, color, and layout
• •Ability to effectively communicate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
